Chili Bites

We make our Spicy Peri Peri Chili Sticks by taking steak, creating a thick marinade of chillies and spices and letting the beef soak in the flavours for hours. Only then do we dry it ready to eat.

Ingredients: Beef, salt, coriander, black pepper, red pepper, chili powder, garlic, paprika, onion, tumeric.
